I am also in need of the Pro version! I have tried several versions of the software but I am unable to restore the back up copy I have of I tried , , and ! I have also tried File Doctor to repair the file but it tells me my password is incorrect but I know it is not. Any suggestions? I have tried doing as suggested but I started with , then then and finally I own all of these licenses so I thought I would go there first. I was able to install all of the software on my Windows 10 platform but when it comes to restoring the file, I am unable in ANY version.
It allows me to open the file but then I have to update it to the latest version so I hit YES and it runs for a long time and finally stops and I get the message that my file was NOT restored. I have also tried File Doctor but it tells me the password is incorrect. There is only 1 password for the file and of course I tried a few times to be sure I was entering it correctly.
